Massage therapy is a treatment process developed to use gentle stretching, mobilization and soft tissue massage techniques to treat a variety of conditions such as migraine headaches, arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, neck and back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, insomnia and asthma.

Massage therapists are trained in the principles of anatomy, physiology, pathology, massage theory and practical uses of massage. Hands-on therapy has been used throughout the ages as a means to promote healing and relieve stress. They are also versed in stretching techniques, remedial exercise and gentle mobilization. Massage therapy is a combination of manual techniques used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.

Because massage therapy uses gentle techniques, it is ideally suited for persons who may be experiencing pain or discomfort associated with a less active lifestyle.

All our massage therapists have 2200 hours of massage training who offer customized massage treatments to fit the needs of our clientele. This includes Relaxation/Swedish massage, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Relieve techniques, Sport massage, Hot Stone, Cupping and Prenatal massage.
